Soil JudgingSoil judging happens during the fall and normally a group of our members do very well in it. These students will be taken to a farm and there will be pits of soil for them to judge and determine if the soil is in proper conditions and what it can be used for. They are split into two groups, Urban and Rural.
FOOD SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY
In food science members are given various tests to explore the field of food sciences and technologies. Members are able to gain an appreciation for the food industry, develop a strong knowledge of sound principles from the food industry, and create a product along with their fellow team members.

Parlimentary ProcedureParlimentary Procedure is when there are 8 members and where they learn how to properly run a meeting using Roberts Rules of Order while debating on topics given to determine if it will be a good idea for the chapter to do this or not. There is novice parli which is for students that are in there first and second years of ag class. Then there is the advanced parli which is for the students beyond that.
